Eric Phelan is an independent director, cinematographer, editor and award winning filmmaker. Eric has been involved in everything from narrative films to documentaries, commercials, music videos, and corporate videos. Eric studied Film,(RTVF) at the University of North Texas. Eric Splits his time between NYC, DFW, and  KY.
